FLAT RATE SHIPPING - All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate shipping rate of $14.95.

FREE SHIPPING!! - All orders $150 and above will have free shipping

These will automatically be applied at the checkout.

FREE PICK UP - if you are local to us we are more than happy for you to come and pick them up from us at Weston, NSW.  We are located only a couple of minutes from the Hunter Express Way, when taking the Heart Road exit.  

SHIPPING TIMELINE - We will do our best to get the order shipped within two days.  If a order is placed over a weekend or public holiday  it will be shipped the next business day. As we are a small family owned business and are constantly dehydrating products, if there is going to be a delay due to stock we will let you know.  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer full and partial refunds.  If you have a problem with our product, please contact us at enquiries@odinspetsnackery.com.au within a month after the purchased is made.

You are eligible to get a full refund if the product is returned to us unopened or damaged otherwise if you have opened the product and used it a partial refund will be available.  

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

For a refund the products will need to be return to us, which will be covered by you as the customer.
